They’re response was to ‘freeze the tracks when I was done’ and then they closed the support ticket without my response as to whether I was satisfied or not. I personally found the support from ableton atrocious, when they released v10 with the new wave table synth, it was DESTROYING my cpu usage to the point where the synth was unusable and I had a pretty beefy machine at the time that handled serum and massive without a hitch. Not discounting your experience with them as I have read other recounts of people having problems with them but I guess everyone’s experience is different.
